• Make the vehicle available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location
• Pay all fees as outlined in the booking agreement
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your vehicle during transport

9. Insurance and Liability

Polax Logistic maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, customers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance on transported vehicles. Polax Logistic is not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or vehicle defects.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
